How to register:
  • Registration for the ICOC Conference 2019 is NOW OPEN!
  • Participants will be able to learn more about the details of the tour in due course
  • This ICOC-tour is offered exclusively as one package
  • The tour and conference fee will include transportation (by bus), hotel (breakfast incl.), entrance to museums & exhibitions, guided tours, excursion with cablecar, lecture programme, etc. 
  • Regarding your hotel you will have the choice between: 
    double room/pp for 1,178.00 EUR
    single room/pp for 1,348.00 EUR

  • Please note that there is a limited number of participants and we will schedule according to a first come first serve basis.

Terms and Conditions Registration for ICOC Conference Tour 2019
September 08 – 14, 2019

Please take note of the additional Terms & Conditions:

a) Data Protection Clause
I acknowledge that TKF obeys the International Data Protection Guidelines; I agree that my given data may be used and processed by TKF for the management of membership data as well as other TKF purposes (e.g. distribution of newsletter and other TKF information, promotion of TKF Conferences, educational/scientific activities, etc.). Your data will be stored for the sole purpose of your attendance at this event. After the event is completed your personal data will not be stored or passed onto third parties. I undertake not to use conference materials for commercial purposes, not to copy, not to publish conference materials in printed publications, on the Internet, on television, not to distribute them in any other way, including for profit, not to transfer materials received from the Organizer conference in paper and electronic form to third parties, including for the purpose of copying and reproduction. If the participant of the conference violates the above obligation, the TKF and / or its authorized agent TKF and / or the Host is entitled to bring the participant of the conference to account for this violation and recover from the participant of the workshop the losses incurred.

b) Payment of Registration
With regards to receipt of payment, your Registration will be confirmed as soon as we have received the full amount of the conference fee. Please note, that there is only a limited number of participants and we will strictly schedule according to a first come first serve basis.

There will be no On-site registration.

c) Bank Transfer Charges
Should special arrangement for payment by Bank Transfer have been arranged all bank charges for the transfer service shall be paid by the participant. Open amounts must be settled before receiving a name badge for the Event.

d) Cancellation of Registration 
Please note, the following cancellation and refund Terms: 
Until the end of May 2019: 100 EUR will be deducted from the fee received
Until the end of July 2019: 50% will be deducted from the fee received
FROM THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST 2019 NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS
